Hotel services in alphabetical order: 

Accessibility: The hotel is accessible to guests arriving in wheelchairs. We have several rooms designed for this purpose. The accessible room has the same amenities as the standard room but is larger, has an accessible shower area, and is equipped with an emergency call system. There is no lift structure at the pool.

Air Conditioning: Our hotel rooms and common areas are air-conditioned. The individual control in your room is designed for your comfort. To ensure the efficient operation of the air conditioning, please keep the windows closed. More information can be found under the temperature control section.
Allergen Information: Our allergen chart provides detailed information on any allergens or intolerants contained in the dishes we offer. If you have any requests regarding meals, please inform our staff either at the time of booking, upon arrival, or in the restaurant. For any specific requests, please contact our restaurant manager.
Anti-Allergy Bedding: Please request anti-allergy bedding in advance when making your reservation or notify the Reception during your stay.

ATM: The nearest ATM is located in Gyöngyös (17 km away), near the SPAR store.

Baby Package: For guests with children, we provide the following items free of charge: baby crib, baby bath, baby monitor, potty, bottle warmer, step stool, toilet reducer, kettle, and high chair in the restaurant. Bar: Our hotel features two bars: the PIRIT Bar on the ground floor and the JADE Bar located in the Amthyst Spa. Further information can be found under the relevant headings.

Bathroom Amenities: Each room is equipped with either a separate shower and toilet or a bath and toilet, protective wall, sink, washable floor mat, proper lighting at the sink, mirror with accessible electrical outlet, movable cosmetic mirror, towel rack, toothbrush cup, toiletry set, paper tissues, spare toilet paper, one hand towel and one bath towel per guest, bathrobe, hairdryer, and trash bin.

Beds: Our rooms feature Yatas Bedding Premier Pro Pocket 1000 mattresses, designed specifically for hotel relaxation. The 28-centimeter thick mattress provides adequate support for the waist, back, head, neck, and knees, and helps maintain the spine’s natural S shape due to its high-density foam layers. The size of the mattresses and boxspring beds in our rooms is 90×200 cm, except for our Lifestyle Suites, which are 100×200 cm.
Bed Linen Change: Our staff changes bed linen every third day. If you wish to have your bed linen changed daily, it is available for an additional fee. Please request bed linen changes at the Reception. Reception phone number: extension 9999 or +36 30 082 8493.

Bible: A Bible can be found on the lower shelf of the nightstand in each room.

Billing: You can settle your hotel bill the evening before your departure, which may help you avoid waiting during busy morning hours. We will always issue the final invoice upon departure, which includes all services used during your stay and their respective charges. If you need a company invoice, please notify us in advance when making your reservation.
Bowling: Located in the room next to the PIRIT Bar, please inquire about availability with our bar staff. In case of damage, a compensation fee will be charged.
Breakfast: A plentiful buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM in our Aragonit Restaurant.
Breakfast in the Room: You will find a breakfast card in your room. Please fill it out and hand it to the Reception by 8:00 PM the night before.

Cake Ordering: Please notify us in advance during booking or speak with our Restaurant Manager or Reception during your stay to place an order. The hotel is not responsible for the quality of food items taken outside the premises due to improper storage conditions. We can only accept and serve cakes not ordered through us if a receipt from a bakery is provided.
Camera System: Our hotel is equipped with a security camera system in common areas and the parking lot.

Check-in: Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Early check-in is available for an additional fee at the Reception. As of September 1, 2021, accommodation providers in Hungary are required to record every guest’s personal data using an ID scanner or manually at check-in. According to the regulation (Act CLVI of 2016 on the state tasks related to the development of tourism regions), personal data of guests under 14 can also be recorded based on the representative’s (e.g., parent or guardian) statement. If a reservation is canceled due to legal requirements (e.g., lack of identification), the cancellation terms specified in the confirmation will apply.
Children’s Playroom: Our hotel features a children’s playroom on the S2 level, open from 08:00 to 20:00, and an outdoor playground in the park (with a climbing tower, slide, swing, and see-saw). For information on animation programs, please contact the Wellness Reception or the Hotel Reception.
Cleaning: Room cleaning takes place daily between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Guests can request additional cleaning by placing the “Please clean my room!” sign on the door handle.
Clothes Dryer: A foldable clothes dryer is available in the room for use.

Complaints: If you have any complaints or feedback during your stay, please contact the Reception so we can resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Compensation for Damage: Any damage caused by negligence or intentionally will be charged to the responsible party.
Concierge: For inquiries about activities, ticket bookings, transfers, etc., our Reception is available 24/7.
Copying and Printing: Guests can use photocopying services at the hotel Reception free of charge. A small meeting room with a computer and printer is available on the 1st floor for private use, also free of charge.
Cosmetics: Selvert facial treatments are available at our wellness area. Detailed information about treatments is provided by our colleagues at the Wellness Reception.
Credit Cards: Information can be found under the credit cards section.
Credit Cards: In addition to cash payments, we accept credit and debit cards. Accepted cards include AMEX, Eurocard, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, OTP, MKB, K&H Széchenyi Leisure Card.
Curtains: Each room is equipped with sheer curtains to prevent visibility from the outside and blackout curtains to ensure complete darkness even during daylight.

Departure/Check-out: On the day of departure, rooms are available until 11:00 (10:00 for groups). For a smooth check-out, you can settle your bill the evening before departure. Information on late check-out is available in the relevant section.

Dietary and Vegetarian Meals: Please inform us of any dietary needs or vegetarian preferences in advance when making your reservation, or notify the Reception during your stay. We take special requests (such as diets and vegetarian meals) into account for your health and well-being. Please seek assistance from the hotel restaurant for such requests.
Dinner: A half-board buffet dinner is available daily from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM in the Aragonit Restaurant.
Do Not Disturb: If you do not wish to be disturbed, please hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the outside of the door handle. If the “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed all day, a staff member will enter the room in the afternoon for safety reasons. Please keep this in mind.

Door: When leaving your room, please ensure that the door is securely closed. It is sufficient to pull the door shut; you may also need to touch the keycard to the door lock.
Electric Car Charging: Our parking area is equipped with 6 electric car chargers. To use the chargers, please download the PARKL app to your smartphone. You will need to start and stop the charging through this app after connecting your car, and payment will also be processed through the app with a credit card. The charging fee is 185 HUF per kWh. Please bring your own TYPE 2 connector for your car, and note that our charging network has a maximum power output of 22.0 kW.
Electricity: The hotel provides 230V electricity. In the rooms, the room key card must be inserted into the wall unit for the system to activate. The room network does not support the operation of high-power electrical devices.
Elevator: There are two passenger elevators in the hotel. Please do not use the elevator in case of an emergency or fire alarm.

Excursions: For information and advice on excursions and current cultural programs, please contact the Reception. For excursions organized by our animator, please inquire at the Wellness Reception. Maps are available at the Reception.
Extra Bed: Some rooms can accommodate an extra bed. Extra beds are available in limited numbers. Please indicate your request during booking or at the Reception during your stay.

Fire Protection: Our hotel is equipped with an automated fire protection system and fire extinguishers on each floor. If you hear the warning siren, please follow the staff’s instructions and use the emergency exit route indicated on the Fire Evacuation Plan posted inside your room door to leave the hotel. Do not use the elevator. If you notice a fire, please inform the Reception immediately.
First Aid: A first aid room equipped with first aid supplies is located in the wellness area on level S2 and is available between 08:00 and 21:00. A thermometer and bandages can be requested at the Reception.
Fitness Room: Our hotel offers a fitness room with cardio equipment overlooking the park, located in the AMETHYST SPA area. Access is through the AMETHYST SPA Reception. Opening Hours: 08:00 – 21:00. For information, please contact the Wellness Reception at extension 9003 or +36 30 082 8502.
Flowers: Orders can be placed at the Reception.

Gift Vouchers: Give the gift of experience and relaxation. Surprise your loved ones with a gift voucher, available for purchase at the Reception or on our website.
Gluten Sensitivity: We can provide gluten-free meals, but we cannot guarantee complete gluten-free conditions due to possible cross-contamination, as the meals are not prepared in a separate facility. Please inform the sales department in advance at the time of booking, or notify the Reception during your stay. On-site, feel free to ask our Restaurant Managers for help in selecting suitable dishes.
Guests: Hotel services can only be used by guests under 14 years old when accompanied by a parent or other responsible adult.
Guest Feedback: You can share your opinion through our online guest questionnaire, which will be sent after your departure.
Hair Dryer: The hair dryer is fixed in the bathroom.
Half Board: With half board, guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast and buffet dinner at the specified times: breakfast 07:00 – 10:00, dinner 18:00 – 21:00.

Hiking Opportunities: The surroundings of the hotel offer numerous hiking trails. Maps are available for purchase at the Reception. Scheduled guided hikes are part of the animation program.

In-Room Coffee Machine: Suites are equipped with a capsule coffee machine, which includes one free coffee capsule and tea bag per guest per day, fully stocked upon arrival. Please request refills at the Reception.
Internet: Wireless (Wi-Fi) internet is available free of charge in the hotel’s common areas and rooms. You will receive the login password upon check-in at the Reception. A computer and printer are available for guests to use free of charge in the small meeting room on the 1st floor.
Iron: Due to fire safety regulations, the use of irons and other fire-hazardous activities are strictly prohibited in the rooms. Please contact our floor staff or Reception if ironing is needed.
Ironing: We offer ironing services at the hotel, with pricing available on the laundry price list found next to the laundry bag in the closet. Ironing services are completed within one hour from the time the clothes are handed over, available between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
JÁDE Bar: Located on the wellness level, accessible from the pool area. Opening hours: daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. In addition to drinks suitable for the wellness area (served in plastic cups), snacks can also be ordered. Snack orders are accepted until 5:30 PM.
Key Card: The hotel room doors operate with a magnetic key card. By placing the card near the reader located on the lock, you can access your room. After entering the room, place the card in the wall switch inside the door to activate the room’s electricity. Upon departure, please return the card to the Reception. Compensation may be charged for any cards not returned.
Kettle: A limited number of kettles are available. Please request one in advance when booking or during your stay at Reception.
Laundry: We offer laundry services to our guests for an additional fee. Please use the laundry bag and list provided in the room, which includes the applicable charges, and hand it in to the Reception by 9:00 AM. For items handed in before 9:00 AM, the service will be completed within 9 hours. Exceptions apply on weekends and holidays. For more information, please contact the Reception. Late Check-Out: Late check-out is possible depending on availability. With a room extension, the wellness area can also be used. Please inquire at the Reception for options and prices.
Lost and Found: Please hand in any found items at the Reception, where they will be recorded. The hotel stores items that can be kept for up to 3 months.
Loyalty Program: Our hotel is part of the Hilaris Hotels chain, and guests can join the Hilaris Hotels loyalty program through our hotel or via the Hilaris Hotels website.
Lunch: At our ARAGONIT Restaurant, you can choose from the à la carte menu daily from 12:00 to 16:30. At the PIRIT and JADE Bars, you can choose from the snack menu from 12:00 to 18:00. Snack orders are taken until 17:30 at the bars.

Minibar: Our staff refills the minibar daily by 3:00 PM. Please settle your minibar consumption at the Reception upon departure.

Parking: You can stop in front of the hotel’s main entrance to load and unload your luggage. Afterward, our guests are provided with a free, unsupervised parking space. We are not responsible for vehicles parked in the parking area. Buses may park in the rear row of the parking lot.
Payment Methods: In our hotel, you can pay with cash (HUF, EUR), bank and credit cards (AMEX, VISA, Maestro, Eurocard, Mastercard), Széchenyi Pihenő Card (OTP, MKB, K&H), and hotel-issued gift vouchers and value vouchers.
Pets (Dogs, Cats): Pets up to 25 kg are allowed in designated standard rooms on the S1 level, under the guest’s supervision, for an additional fee. Pets are only allowed in common areas for the purpose of accessing the hotel room, and are not permitted in other areas such as the restaurant, wellness area, or fitness room. The guest is fully responsible for any damage caused by the pet. The hotel management reserves the right to refuse further accommodation for the pet if it is deemed to disturb the hotel’s operation or the peace of other guests. PIRIT Bar: Located on the ground floor, the Lobby Bar offers drinks, cocktails, coffee and tea specialties, along with snack foods. Opening hours: daily from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Snack orders are accepted until 5:30 PM.
Pools:

  • Indoor Pools: Swimming and adventure pools with two jacuzzis, bubble beds, panoramic views, an adventure pool with three bubble beds, and a lazy river connected to the pool. A children’s pool with a fairy-tale-like view.
  • Outdoor Pools: Outdoor adventure pool and outdoor jacuzzi. Outdoor pools are available from June to September, depending on the weather, from 09:00 to 21:00. Postcards and Letters Handling: The Reception will collect and send your postcards and letters. Please inquire at the Reception.
Private Wellness: Appointments can be arranged at the Wellness Reception.
Program Organization: Our animator enhances your stay with indoor and outdoor activities. The animation program is available at both the Hotel Reception and Wellness Reception.
Radio: Radio service is available via the television in your room.

Restaurant: Our ARAGONIT Restaurant offers a buffet breakfast and dinner, and à la carte options are available at lunchtime. Opening Hours: Breakfast 07:00 – 10:00; Lunch 12:00 – 16:30; Dinner 18:00 – 21:00. Please discuss any special dietary requirements or requests with our staff in advance.
Room Bill: For the convenience of our guests, any consumption can be charged to their room bill, which can be settled at Reception upon departure. Orders can also be paid in cash or by credit card on-site, except at the Jade Bar and in the Amethyst Spa area.

Rooms for Guests with Disabilities: Our hotel has two rooms designed for guests with disabilities. Safe in the Room: A safe of suitable size is available in your room free of charge for storing your valuables and money. To use the safe, after closing the door, enter at least a 4-digit combination and press the CLOSE button. The safe opens by entering the same combination again. The hotel is not responsible for valuables stored outside the safe.
Safety: For your safety, please always lock your room door when you go to sleep or leave your room. The hotel has a security service, and the parking area and common areas are monitored by cameras.
Sauna: Located in the wellness area, our Sauna World offers four types of saunas for guests seeking relaxation and perfect harmony. For more information, please contact our Wellness Reception.

Shampoo: The shower contains a 2-in-1 body wash and shampoo.

Shoe Cleaning: A shoe cleaning machine is available at the main entrance.
Ski Slope: The nearest ski slope, the Mátraszentistván Ski Park, is located about 15 km from our hotel. For information about opening hours and availability, please contact the Reception.
Slippers: Slippers are provided in your room free of charge.
Smoking: In accordance with legal regulations, our entire hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted outdoors in designated areas. In case of activation of the fire alarm due to smoking, the cost of fire service call-out will be charged to the responsible party.
Solarium: Available for an additional fee. Appointments can be arranged at the Wellness Reception.
Souvenirs: Souvenirs related to the hotel can be purchased at the reception.
Sports and Leisure Activities: For daily sports and wellness offers, please inquire at the Wellness Reception. Depending on the season, activities around the hotel include: hiking, Nordic walking, skiing, sledding, cycling, Segway, and go-karting. We provide equipment for the following outdoor sports: Nordic walking, sledding, badminton, petanque, teqball, and ping-pong. Television: All our rooms are equipped with large-screen smart TVs, and our suites have separate TVs in the living room and bedroom areas. The channel list is available in a folder next to the television.
Temperature Control: Room thermostats allow you to adjust the temperature up or down by 2°C from the default temperature (21°C). You can also adjust the airflow intensity using the AUTO – 0 – 1 – 2 – 3 setting.
Towels: White room towels are changed every three days. You may also request a daily towel change by clearly indicating this (by leaving the towel on the floor after use). Please note that room towels should not be taken into the wellness area, where only wellness towels are allowed.
Towel Rack Radiator: The bathroom is equipped with an individually adjustable radiator for drying towels, enhancing guest comfort.
Toiletries: If you have forgotten any toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor), our Reception is available to assist for a fee.

Umbrella: Umbrellas are available at the hotel Reception.
Up-to-Date News in the Room: Our smart TVs provide access to domestic and international news channels to keep you informed.

Wellness: The Amethyst Spa spans 1,200 m² and offers two indoor experience pools, a children’s pool, a sauna world, experience showers, and a steam chamber. Outdoors, there is a seasonal pool and jacuzzi. The wellness facilities also include a naturist wellness area with a relaxation room. In our treatment rooms, we use professional cosmetics, introducing guests to a new dimension of spa treatments.
